Elegant & Timeless Wedding at Bella Collina in Montverde, Florida
A Stylish Celebration
This elegant and timeless wedding was on 3rd, July at Bella Collina in Montverde, Florida.
They chose it as their wedding venue because of the beautiful property and Tuscan layout . It is one of Central Florida’s most desidered wedding venues with rustic elements and breathtaking views at every glance.
S + A Story
Sydney’s best friend from growing up is engaged to Adam’s cousin. They both moved from different parts of Florida to Atlanta at the same time and she knew they would be the perfect match. She set them up on a blind date and they hit it off from the start.
They’ve been engaged since June 18th of this year. They went on a summer trip to St. Thomas and one night before dinner Adam suggested they do happy hour on the beach, that’s when he got down on one knee!
Wedding Vibe
Sage, white and black was the timeless wedding color palette. The vibe they going for was elegant, romantic and minimalistic.
As trends will come and go, they stayed away from designs, flowers, decor, etc that were “trendy” for the time so they get inspired by classy and chic.
Bridesmaids Squad
The morning of your wedding day is full of nerves and excitement so besides it is important to make sure your hair and makeup goes according to schedule and your wedding dress is intact, it is significant to chill and have fun to slow down.
A good idea to savor the morning and set the tone for your special day with your bridal party is to get champagne and glasses. In this case Sydney also brought mini tequila bottles to share with her gals.
Preparations
The style of the couple for their elegant and timeless wedding was inspired by classic looks that would stand the tests of time.
We love to capture groom’s wonderful details, no just focus on the bride, so we encourage our grooms to opt for ‘getting ready’ photographs too.
Through his chosen wedding outfit, the groom can express his personal style and place his own unique stamp on the wedding day.
In terms of wedding attire grooms have a variety of options, Adam chose a classic and elegant black suit with black waistcoat and a bow which fit perfectly his white shirt with cufflinks and black buttons.
Sydney knew that she wanted a timeless and clean look to her dress. She chose a more simple style in general, so this dress was simply perfect and elegant. She gave the dreamy “touch” to her outfit complimenting with a vail and pearl shoes with an easy heel and embellished straps that brought delicate by Dolce Vita.
I love to catch the faces when the bride reveal her dress to the besties.
Pre-Reveal and Vows
I loved to photograph this spontaneous and memorable first look before the aisle moment.
We truly recommend to enjoy this lovely newer but popular wedding day tradition as a private little time to connect, reflect or even why not read your vows? just the two of you away from the eyes of family and friends.
We are big fans of having a first look! Are you team first look or seeing them down the aisle for the first time?
Pro-tip: For emotional couples who might shed a few tears on seeing each other for the first time, you will be able to freshen up before the ceremony.
Bella Colina provide a beautiful setting surrounding yourself with the spirit of Tuscany that make you feel like you are getting married in Italy.
This venue offer multiple sites like the Grand Lawn, The Reflection Pond, and The Wine Cellar to take an amazing portraits before the ceremony.
What an unforgettable location to get married at!
She chose a simple, full length and sheer veil to match.
As you can appreciate, the veil added more lace and gave a nice effect that complimented the more simple and clean look of Sydney’s dress.
Just like her wedding dress, Sydney wanted her flowers to be clean, simple and classic. Therefore the bouquet, the boutonniere and everything was made with white roses to keep the elegant and timeless wedding style
Wedding Vision
Neutral florals lining a reflective aisle by in bloom florist and cream and black signage and stationary by AM + Co. added elegance and allowed for the venue’s existing features to shine.
In spite of the first look and first kiss are really important too, seeing the love of your life walking down the aisle is a moment you will never forget.
For the first time, Mr. and Mrs. Dewitt.
Groomsmen stayed cool in a classic black suit while bridesmaids were stunning in a chic sage gowns.
Reception Decor
Photographs looks stunning if you chose sparklers box for you first dance. So don’t miss the chance to try it!
Their big day was filled with florals and decor that perfectly complemented The Ballroom interior and chic minimalist vibe.
They designed their special day together with Bella Sposa Events who had everything established and under control. Accordingly, everything went like they planned.
The couple chose mainly white and green florals, white napkins, taupe tablecloths, a varying levels of glass pillar candles besides silver silverware to complete the design and create the romantic vibe. Since it’s a Tuscan inspired venue, they want it to feel like a European destination wedding.
When the Newlyweds leave it all on the Dance Floor
I love witnessing my couples wedding ceremonies but I also love watching them dance the night away. Certainly Sydney & Adam truly had the sweetest people by their side throughout their whole day constantly hyping them up.
Good time with friends give you a lifetime of pleasant memories.
If you truly enjoy your dance, so will your guests, joy is contagious!
There are many fun ways to have a grand exit! Sparklers are one of the most popular but here are some other ideas that could you choose:
-Ribbon wands
-LED balloons
-Foam glow stick
-Bubbles “machines”
-Biodegradable snow/confetti
I had a blast and could not be more thankful to Sydney and Adam that I was able to be a part of such an awesome party!
